Description

Pre-bid questions/inquiries must be submitted electronically The purpose of this request is to establish contract pricing to provide service, maintenance, repair/emergency repair, replacement and new installations of security gates, operators, fencing and associated components at various locations in ODOT Districts 1, 6, 7, 11 and 12, all in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications herein. The effective duration of this agreement shall be from October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2024. The Department has a vast portfolio of assets with varied locations, utilization and topography. It is impossible to detail here the sites that may or may not need services in accordance with this contract. If you feel the need to familiarize your company with current conditions at representative sites, contact the appropriate District Facilities Program Administrator or their designated representative, between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 3:30 P.M. Monday thru Friday, excluding State holidays.
