| Description | For General Contractors for Federal and State-Funded Housing and Community Services Programs The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a pool of a maximum of fifteen (15) qualified and experienced General or Building Contractors who have successfully completed CDBG and/or SHIP funded projects, and/or completed work for similar projects outlined in the scope of work. Contractors in the pool are not guaranteed any work under this contract; rather, being in the pool of contractors provides the ability to bid on specific rehabilitation projects funded by HUD and FHFC. |
