| Description | The Project involves: removing approximately 1,182 feet of existing guide rail; installing 1,144 feet of Type 31 strong post guide rail with 8 foot posts; and installing four(4) type 31 strong post end treatments in two areas along Upper Julian Pike in Patton Township, Centre County, PA.. All materials shall meet or exceed requirements of Specifications of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Publication 408 and Publication 72M.
