The intent of this project is to perform maintenance on and / or restore damaged or dilapidated parking and drive areas. The successful bidder will be required to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform the work according to the specifications, drawings and statement of work attached or contained in this solicitation. All work will be performed at the Buffalo, NY VA Medical Center. Pursuant to 38 U.S.C 8127 this is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Bidders should be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of bid and shall be registered at the time of award (www.sam.gov). The successful bidder's Supplier Analysis Report will be reviewed by the Contracting Officer. A score of 7 and above may require additional financial data to be submitted. Bidders must submit their Experience Modification Report (EMR) with their bid. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $39.5M.
