Includes All demo and disposal of debris Exterior aluminum break metal sills Interior and exterior caulking Remove and replace existing aluminum storefront entrances (3 total) with medium bronze anodized, 2” x 4 ½” thermal framing wide style doors with 10” ADA Bottom Door rails, 4” Sidelight sills, 1” Bronze tinted Solarban 60 tempered glass, Stanley Auto operator at City Hall entrance, Von Duprin 99 Series Panic hardware, 4040 LCN Surface closers, 1” offset exterior pulls.
