Description

The project consists of demolition and reconstruction of the existing spillway and increasing the embankment height of the Buescher State Park Lake Dam. Increasing the spillway length by 65 Feet and increasing the embankment height by 3 to 4 foot will provide additional hydraulic capacity to allow the Dam to convey 75% of the Probable Maximum Flood (PMF) storm event as required by Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Regulation for Dams classified as high hazard.
