| Description | Contractor shall agree to complete the work described in their proposal no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date the hood arrives on location. Contractor shall agree to allow a deduction of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per calendar day from final payment as liquidated damages for each day that completion is delayed beyond said completion date established.
