Paving and Concrete Repair or Replacement Blanket Contract

The scope of work shall consist of two separate operations including but not limited to the following: The Scope of Services included in these Specifications shall be for all labor, benefits, and any other related expenses necessary to provide the work for replacing existing pavement and sidewalks in paved streets, driveways, and parking areas where such curbing, sidewalks, and pavement has been removed for constructing sewers, manholes, water pipelines, fire hydrants, and all other water and sewer appurtenances and structures. It shall also include temporary paving, and new sidewalks and pavements where applicable for Waste Resources Division projects including the Moccasin Bend Wastewater Treatment Plant (MBWWTP), 455 Moccasin Bend Road, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37405; the pump stations, and throughout the Interceptor Sewer System.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 03 -	Concrete, Precast Concrete.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Sanitary Sewerage Utilities, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Piping, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Force Mains, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Structures, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
