| Description | DCAMM Certification Required The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to; Remove all existing roofing in its entirety. Remove and dispose of all existing aluminum gutters and downspouts Connect base of downspout to existing boot connections to below-grade piping at grade terminations. Inspect existing sheathing, deck, and exposed rafters for deterioration. Replace deteriorated deck. Review extent of deterioration and proposed repair with Architect and Owner to obtain concurrence before proceeding with re-roofing. Install ice and water shield, in continuous, overlapping sheets where indicated on the drawing over new and existing sheathing. |
