All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online The Project consists of but not limited to: General Project scope consists of: replacement of kitchen cabinets, bathrooms upgrades including new wall ceramic tiles, interior painting, new resilient flooring, plumbing work and asbestos abatement. This project is assisted by HUD and subject to Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements. Location- 18 Bond Street and 95 Tremont Street Lynn, MA 01902 . Selective demolition and hazardous materials abatement. Kitchen renovations including replacement of kitchen cabinets and countertops, backsplashes, sinks, faucets and shut-off valves. Bathroom renovations including the following: Before commencing Work of each phase, submit an updated copy of Contractor's construction schedule, showing the sequence, commencement and completion dates, and move-out and -in dates of Owner's personnel for all phases of the Work. Bond Street Phase One Work Duration: 300 calendar days. Tremont Street Phase Two Work Duration with Alternates: 270 calendar days. Replacement of ceramic wall tile in tub area and new tile at walls; Replacement of sink, faucet and shut off valves; Replacement of shower faucet and valves; Replacement of bathroom accessories; Plaster repairs; Replacement of access panels Painting of walls, radiator and doorframes. Flooring replacement.
