South Columbus Public Library Additions and Renovations

Per addendum 2 bid date extended to 7/27/22 no change in time. QA deadline is 7/13/22 Renovations and Additions to South Columbus Library A cashier's check or bid bond payable to Chattahoochee Valley Libraries in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time for the opening of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any or all irregularities and to reject any or all proposals. The Owner reserves the right to be the sole judge of the qualifications of each and every bidder.
