Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Burgaw, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility. Only those obtaining this document from the advertised source and submitting an email to purchasing@pendercountync.gov with their intent to present a SOQ will be included on a mailing list for updates. The Pender County Board of Commissioners intends to construct a health and human services facility in the Burgaw Township of Pender County. This project will consist of the construction of a multi-story building. The facility which is expected to be about 70,000 square feet will house all Department of Social Services employees and Health Department employees. Questions should be submitted in writing to the Pender County Finance Office via email: purchasing@pendercountync.gov. The construction for the Owner's project shall be developed having a substantial completion date no later than July 1, 2025.
