Scope of work Remove existing rubber tile, stair treads, risers, and carpet at Auditorium control room and install Roppe, or equal rubber tile, stair treads and risers. No base Remove existing rubber tile, stair treads and risers at room 308 girls (student), and womans (staff) bathrooms and install new Roppe, or equal rubber tiles, stair treads and risers. No base Remove existing rubber tile, stair treads and risers at room 303 boys (student), and womans (staff) and install new Roppe, or equal rubber tiles, stair treads and risers. No base. 7. Leonard S Work on these projects include providing labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to safely and satisfactorily install various types of flooring at multiple school locations. Any questions concerning this IFB may ONLY be submitted in writing to Walt Callahan, Lawrence Public Schools Director of Procurement, before 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, 2023. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Flooring at Various Schools. Work includes the removal of old flooring/carpeting and furnishing and installing new flooring at various schools throughout the city. All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids must be accompanied with a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid price. Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under M.G.L. c. 149. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, DCAMM and OSHA Certifications. The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all bids or take whatever action is in the best interest of the City.
