Description | The Office of Central Procurement for the OSU and A&M Systems is soliciting bids for the Synar Equine Arena Roof Replacement project on the campus of Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College, Miami, OK, as described in the Specifications, per the Terms and Conditions. All inquiries during the bid and evaluation process must be directed to the Buyer of Record, the Office of Central Procurement for the OSU and A&M Systems Don Watts, by phone at 405-744-5987, fax 405-744-5187, email don.watts@okstate.edu, or if you are responding to an online solicitation please use the associated Question and Answer Board. Contact with the end user, department, or contracted parties during the bid and evaluation process may disqualify bid All work shall be in accordance with the scope of work and as defined in the contract documents. The contractor shall provide a single price to complete all work complete as defined in the contract documents. Please note that due to the nature of the funding, this project must be completed no later than May 31, 2024. 1. Contractor shall protect the surrounding area including HVAC condensers, sidewalks, landscape vegetation. The contractor shall maintain a safe work area around the facility and keep all entrances free for use and free of debris. 2. The Contractor shall follow all applicable City County, State and Federal codes/labor regulations will be responsible for all proper permitting. Safety is a must and will follow all applicable OSHA/Code regulations. 3. Contractor shall perform scope of work and is responsible for the proper disposal and removal from property with close attention to the removal of roofing related debris from the work areas daily. |
