Waihee Elementary School - Covered Walkways and Drainage Improvements

Start of Service Date: 05/01/2023 End of Service Date: 08/02/2024 The work generally consists of covered walkways to include pipe columns, beams, roofing system, framing, gutters, downspouts and lighting over existing sidewalks, ramps and stairs. Drainage improvements along DOE side of property line and around existing school buildings affected by flooding to include regrading, swales, retaining wall, chain link fence, a drain catchment system and additional drain inlets connecting to the existing underground drainage system. The estimated construction cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
