Request for Proposal- Baybridge Office Building Replacement Building 97

This project will consist of Demo of an existing two-story wood frame structure with slab on grade and reconstruction of a two-story wood framed office building of approximately 1255 sf. footprint. The building has a stucco exterior and clay/concrete tile roofing. The project will include all demo and removal of the existing structure to 5 feet outside of building limits and will include supply and installation of all systems and materials required for the completion of the new office building excluding the following owner supplied items.
