Demolish and Removal of Buildings and Debris

To furnish all necessary Project Management, Superintendence, labor, machinery, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and appurtenances to complete all the Work upon which is within these Contract Documents. Any required overtime and similar costs to complete the Project within the above stated days, is included. If the bid exceeds $100,000, a cashiers check, a certified check or surety bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid is required. The certified or cashiers check must be delivered to the Owners (Construction and Properties) Offices prior to the Bid Opening; other bid securities may be uploaded during the completion of online electronic bidding. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract is awarded. The State has the right to reject any or all Bids and to reject a Bid not accompanied by any required bid security, or by other data required by the Bidding Documents, or to reject a Bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular.
