Region 4 Project Specific State Highway 71 South of Limon Construction Management, Construction Inspection, and Material Testing Services

For construction management, inspection services and materials testing of the SH 71 South of Limon. The project is located on State Highway 71 South of Limon from MP 63.8 – 100.883 Consists of 37.1 miles of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) overlay. Approximately 11.5 miles of the 37.1 will receive Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) treatment prior to the HMA overlay. Additional work includes rehabilitation of 7 bridge decks, 2 of these 7 structures also see scour work below the structures. The deck rehabilitation includes milling bridge decks, class 2 and 3 removals, concrete patching, cleaning and installing new expansion joints, and updating bridge rail and guardrail. The project also consists of 2 concrete box culvert (CBC) extensions, landscaping, delineator replacement, signing, and striping.
