McNary Dam Powerhouse HVAC Controller Repair

Part 1 - General Information 1.1 Introduction: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to repair the McNary powerhouse HVAC Controllers as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). These HVAC controllers are used for automatic temperature control, system component status, and for in the event of a smoke emergency at McNary Project. The powerhouse HVAC system works hand in hand with project life safety requirements. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this PWS. 1.2 Purpose: Repair existing Honeywell AX temperature control system. At present time, McNary does not have automatic control of the system, cannot see any equipment and/or device status from the field, and it cannot automatically operate in an emergency smoke situation, which is detrimental to life safety.
