This is a Design-Build Project The Defense Health Agency (DHA) recognizes that Camp Pendleton Dental Treatment Facility was constructed in 1972. The Dental Instrument Processing Center (DIPC) provides all sterilization for the 27 Dental Treatment Room (DTR) dental clinic. The DIPC has been identified as needing repair to return the functional capability of the sterilization process back to an acceptable condition in accordance with UFC 4-510-01, ASHRAE 170, and AAMI Std 79. Additionally, other infrastructure requirements will need to be included to accomplish the repair of the DIPC. The Air Handling Unit (AHU) and associated ductwork in the Camp Pendleton Dental Treatment Facility are no longer efficient and have deteriorated to where they are no longer serviceable, reliable, or energy efficient and could compromise dental treatment to patients. The DIPC repair will include renovation in its current location within the facility, as well as require new cabinetry, new countertops, and sterilization equipment. *Site Visit photos were uploaded. *Amendment 01, 02 and 03 have been released. *New RFI Report has been released.
