Asphalt Lot Paving

Lot A: 69,000 (estimated) SF Mill and Overlay Job will be the Northeast Lot when approaching Hoover HS from 7th Street NE. Lot B: 13,500 (estimated) SF Mill and overlay Job will be the small lot that is next to Door 25 (west side of property). (See Map) 1. Grind reveals where we are joining existing asphalt. 2. Clean existing pavement of all dirt and debris, using power cleaner. 3. Tack-coat with SS-1 liquid to assure proper bond, using power distributor. 4. Install leveling course #448-1 Hot Mix Asphalt compacted to 0.5” 5. Install wearing course of #448-1 Hot Mix Asphalt compacted to 1.5” 6. Stripe disturbed parking lot stalls in yellow. (School will do numbers inside stall) 7. North Canton City Permits and Charges may be invoiced back to the North Canton Schools after July 1, 2021. Winner bidder is not responsible for cost of any bumpers that may be required by City of North Canton. 8. Work requested to be done between July 1 and August 11, 2021, but could be done earlier with mutual agreement.
