Description

The work shall be, but not limited to installation of: (12) concrete manholes, 1500 lineal feet of 8-inch SDR 35 sewer main, including a section crossing Level Acres Drive, 2000 (+/-) lineal feet of sewer laterals connecting to each home and cleanouts. Install 2 and 4 HDPE water main, water services for each home, water treatment and pumping as utility drawings indicate. Install storm drainage piping, concrete structures and infiltration system as indicated on the utility plans. Provide road grading, install new subbase, asphalt base and top course.
