Project consists of all work associated with the installation of a 20 inch sanitary sewer force main and its appurtenances from 53rd Avenue and Delaware Street, northward on Delaware Street to 46th Avenue, and westward on 46th Avenue where it will be connected to a gravity sewer line owned by the City of Gary, Indiana.
