| Description | 1.Demolition of hotel includes removal of related electrical, water, plumbing, and sewer infrastructure, removal of the pool and its foundation including related utilities; and Existing fence surrounding hotel may be used as construction fence, and the fence must be removed prior to turnover to the County; and 2.The property is to be cleared with no remaining debris, and Disconnected utilities must be properly marked for future use; and Site shall be left in safe condition and shall be cleared of all vegetation five (5) feet beyond the existing fence; and 3.Abatement of Asbestos shall adhere to the Collier County Asbestos Abatement Program and asbestos abatement and disposal for RACM and non-RACM shall follow FDEP and OSHA regulations; and 4.Following excavation and demolition of the pool, the site must be backfilled and compacted with fill material including topsoil; see Section 5 – Backfill Requirements |
