Plans call for the construction of eight four-story buildings for a total of 96 residential units, new parking lot areas, site grading, landscaping, and site improvements. As of October 27, 2022, the Site Plan approval expires early next month and the applicants are in the process of submitting the final site plans before the expiration date, and will probably make the deadline. They intend to do some earthwork before heavy winter sets in, if they get the plans approved by November 9, 2022. An architect has been selected; however, a general contractor or selection method is not disclosed.
