Gates shall have a lock installed on interior to accept a padlock. We shall provide the 2 locks. 3.Fence shall be in 8-foot sections, complete privacy as per; picture. 4.Fence shall be constructed as per manufacturers recommendations and all components shall be Vinyl, same brand as fence. Post, post tops etc. Everything shall be vinyl, no exposed wood. All Shall be white in Color. 5. Fence on the right side, shall be 2’ from the neighbors fence |
