Description Scope: The following specification covers the furnishing and installation of three (3) 1/2-ton bridge crane support structures with 1 bridge and hoist on each. The systems shall be located in building 422 over the saws inside and under the shed, Anniston Army Depot. The cranes shall be free standing light rail design. There shall be a remote installed on the 10-ton crane in building 459, Anniston Army Depot. The Contractor shall not proceed with any verbal or written change(s) to the scope of work from sources other than the Contracting Officer, who will provide changes in writing. General: Hoist shall be of the heavy duty type, electric motor operated, of the close headroom type to suit the carrier furnished, and shall have the following characteristics. H3 duty cycle.
