Description

The scope of work will consist of the following: the removal and replacement of approximately 5,000 square feet of landscape pavers/brick paving for the Dormitory courtyard area. Quotes shall include: both the removal and disposal of all existing pavers, provide all finish grading and shimming products and services as needed for the existing gravel/sand bed, and provide all products and services for installing new landscape pavers. Prospective bidders shall provide a minimum of two (2) samples recommended to allow for adequate drainage and meet reasonable/customary life expectancy for the region, along with embellishing the courtyard.
