| Description | Scope of Work is Rowan County operates a Bosch Access Professional Edition (APE) Door Control System that currently supports just under 140 doors over an IP network consisting of LAN and WAN connections to 25 sites. 3. Vendor must be able to program holiday/inclement weather door closures for all Rowan County Buildings via on-site and remote access. 4. Vendor must be able to troubleshoot and resolve Hardware LAC malfunctions for all Rowan County Buildings. 5. Vendor must be liaison between the County and Bosch Customer Service for troubleshooting and an authorized reseller. 6. Must be able to manage software updates and upgrades to the Bosch System APE including troubleshooting. 7. Preference to have after hours assistance preferred. (On-call agent outside of business hours to be covered with service agreement). |
