PROJECT ESTIMATE: $181,460.00 This project consists of the construction of a new restroom building at the Community Garden/Hayhoe Riverwalk Trailhead Construction for HAYHOE RIVERWALK TRAILHEAD RESTROOM shall include: limited size grading, construction on a new masonry restroom building, 140 Lft of 1" water service, 160 Lft of 6" sanitary sewer service connection to the existing sanitary sewer, 890 Sft pavement removal, 55 tons of bituminous pavement, 340 Sft of 4" concrete sidewalk, 250 Syd of MDOT 22A aggregate base (8" CIP), Site clean-up and restoration and other miscellaneous work items normally included with the above described work items.
