New Vehicle Storage Garage - Crosby Maintenance

The work consists of the following: 1. Construction of an approximate 8,800 square foot pre-engineered building consisting of eight (8) vehicle storage garage bays. 2. All site work, paved parking and facility operation areas, generator, power utility services and site utilities. The work includes all building structure, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, as well as all site work, grading, pavement, lighting, utilities, and all other work incidental thereto in accordance with the Plans and Specifications.
