Description Upon request, the Contractor shall furnish to the Department any and all equipment described in the Snow Removal Equipment Services Agreement submitted and approved through along with experienced operator(s) for the purpose of providing snow removal and other road clearing and treatment services described in the Agreement (“Operational Services”). The Contractor shall provide Operational Services during the Term of each year of the Agreement. This Agreement may be renewed in accordance with Section III, Special Terms and Conditions, M. Renewal of Agreement.
