LSC Electronics Lab

Alteration of approximately 6,400 GSF of interior space. The area of work is largely on the second floor, with some incidental areas on the first floor. The Project will create two labs for the Electronics program at Lake Superior College, replacing the existing undersized instructional space. The Work includes select interior demolition, masonry to infill existing openings, steel lintels, cold formed frame, hollow metal frames, doors, gypsum board partitions and furring walls, fluid applied flooring, tiling acoustical ceiling tiles, modifications to the existing fire suppression system, HVAC, electrical, lighting, and coordination with Owner provided instructional equipment
