Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a 750-seat theater / auditorium. Phase 1 includes the construction of a 750 seat performing arts theater. Phase 2 involves the construction of a 1,500 seat concert hall, but timelines have not been disclosed.
