A more detailed scope is expected to be released on a future date. As of May 30, 2023, per owner, they have no indication that they will be constructing a new jail in the near future. They are going to start working on a campaign to raise voter awareness of the need for and importance of a new facility, it will be years before the issues is again decided by voters.
