Pre-Construction/Construction Phase (CM at Risk) Services for Capital Renewal Renovations and Modifications Project

The projects will be for renovations, additions and modifications to numerous facilities across the District to include the Beaufort Jasper Academy for Career Excellence. This category consists of the following projects types. The project list will include portions of the projects listed below to be completed in the two year design period: • Safety and security improvements district wide; • Renovations at Beaufort Elementary School; • Technology infrastructure and related equipment district wide; • Athletic improvements at high schools district wide; and • Playgrounds improvements at early childhood centers, elementary schools, and PreK-8 schools district wide. Typical project scope may include but is not limited to: • Building additions or expansions • Interior finish replacement • Restroom renovations • ADA and code upgrades • Life safety and building security upgrades • Site upgrades or modifications • Energy efficiency upgrades • HVAC replacements and/or upgrades • Electrical upgrades • Track Replacement • Technology infrastructure upgrades • Camera system replacement • Athletic field improvements • Sound system replacement • Intercom system replacement
