East Litchfield Road Reconstruction - Pavement and Drainage Improvements

The Town of Litchfield, Connecticut is Seeking Sealed Bids for Furnishing All Labor, Tools, Materials and Equipment Required for the East Litchfield Road Reconstruction Pavement and Drainage Improvements (Road Segment Between Buell Road And Wheeler Road) The attention of the Bidders is called to the requirement for minimum wage rate to be paid under this Contract. Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid a certified check, or a bid bond, for not less than five percent (5%) of the bid as provided in the Information for Bidders. The right isreserved to reject any or all bidsin whole or in part, to award any item, group of items, or total bid and to waive any informality or technical defects, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Litchfield.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
