Procure permits b. Repair leak on the roof c. Paint exterior and interior of the entire building. Sand and speckle where needed. d. Supply flooring and installation of vinyl floor throughout the entire space A. Men’s Locker Room i. Install 14, 4 feet each, LED light fixtures B. Men’s Bathroom i. Remove one existing urinal ii. Supply and install one standing shower iii. Remove existing toilets and install 2 new toilets iv. Install soap dispenser and toilet paper holder v. Install one exhaust fan C. Women’s Locker room i. Install 14, 4 feet each, LED light fixtures D. Women’s Bathroom i. Remove 2 existing urinals ii. Supply and install 2 standing showers iii. Remove existing 2 toilets and install 2 new toilets iv.
