| Description | The Town of Sunset Beach proposes to construct an asphalt parking lot, a gravel parking area, and associated site improvements including, but not limited to: chain link fencing, chain link fence gates, signage, pavement markings, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, stormwater catch basins, and stormwater conveyances. The project site is located adjacent to the Town of Sunset Beach Town Hall. The proposed project is intended to create additional parking for use by guests to Town Hall as well as Town staff. Brunswick Electric Membership Corporation will be responsible for the installation of the site lighting; the Town of Sunset Beach will be responsible for the installation of all landscaping/irrigation improvements. Clearing and grubbing of the site, earthwork, and the installation of erosion control measures will also be included in the project. |
