Site work, paving and new construction of a residential development in Sanford, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a two-story above grade, 14-unit residential development. The project scope includes the new construction of 10 to 14 homes on 4.31 acres on the northeast corner of the intersection. Scope details have not been released.
