Cooper Street Correctional Facility - Storage Building

Seeking Professional Architectural / Engineering services for phases 400-700 for a new multipurpose storage building at the Cooper St Correctional facility. The storage building shall include the following: o 40'x100' with 12' eave height o 4 overhead doors, 2 swing egress doors o Pole barn construction, metal siding, standing seam metal roof, concrete pad and apron o No building insulation o No mechanical heat or air conditioning o No plumbing o PSC to include professional survey services. o PSC to investigate county drain review requirements. o Provide construction documents for the above-mentioned improvements. o Provide detailed cost estimates at each 90% design meeting. PSC will be responsible to run all design meetings and provide meeting minutes. There will be 50% and 90% Phase 400; 50% and 90% Phase 500 review meetings. o Existing site/civil plans are NOT available. Please do not submit online questions via SIGMA VSS.
