Water System Improvements Repair and Painting Highway 9 Elevated Tank

The work to be completed consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to: Hwy #9 Elevated Water Tank: Repair, prep, clean, blast interior and exterior and paint/finish the interior and exterior surfaces of the tank as indicated or specified and as needed for a complete and proper installation. Reservoir Painting and Repairs: Chemical injection grout leaks in reservoir walls. Prepare, clean, paint/finish the exterior vertical concrete walls of the concrete reservoir tank. Prepare, clean, paint/finish all of the exterior/exposed ductile iron piping, valves, pumps and motors on/around the reservoir. Prepare, clean, paint/finish all of the exterior/exposed ductile iron piping, valves, pumps and motors on/around the well pump. Replace handrail baseplate, electrodes, etc. Building Painting and Repairs: Remove existing resilient floor inside building (office/laboratory and bathroom). Assume floor tile contains asbestos. Properly remove and dispose of the tile floor. Paint concrete floors in laboratory/office, bathroom, electrical room and chemical room). Prepare, clean, paint/finish interior walls and ceiling (electrical room and chemical room) . Replace doors, replace building fascia, repair building roof, etc.
