| Description | The scope of this Job Order Contract is to provide all labor, equipment and materials for plumbing deferred maintenance projects, costing between $20,000 and $600,000 per Job Order. All projects will not exceed a total work value of $1,500,000 per Option Year. The scope will include repair to and/or replacements of existing building plumbing systems and fixtures units with the possibility of ancillary finish work as a result of the plumbing-based project, and existing hazardous material remediation. The scope may include accessibility improvements and Fire/Life Safety upgrades and project-related repairs and/or replacements of finishes. electrical work. Work may require interaction with Universitys shops staff during project delivery. Work will take place at UC Davis sites in Yolo and/or Solano Counties. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
