Open-end, Statewide Railroad Crossing, Maintenance of Traffic

The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials to provide Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) for Railroad Crossing Improvements being performed by private Railroad Companies and their Subcontractors. The MOT will involve furnishing, setting up, maintaining, and, at the conclusion of work at each location, removing road closures and applicable detour and temporary traffic control signing. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer. LOCATION: Statewide These improvements are more specifically shown on the Location Map(s) of the attached Plans. PRE-BID MEETING: No All work on this contract must be complete within 1,095 Calendar Days. Extensions of contract time due to weather are specified in the Standard Specifications Section 108.7F, weather days. It is estimated a Notice to Proceed is issued such that work starts on or about November 14, 2022.
