Furnish Water and Sewer Parts Bid documents and specifications can be downloaded for no charge online at electronicaly (upon registration) beginning on Thursday, April 27, 2023. A Bid Guarantee in the form of a properly executed individual or annual Bid Bond issued by an insurance or security company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey, cashier's check or certified check made payable unconditionally to the Township of Livingston in the amount of 10% of the bid submitted, not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00). The successful bidder shall simultaneously, with the delivery of the executed contract, submit an executed bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the acceptable bid as security for the faithful performance of this contract. Bidder shall with the delivery of the performance bond submit an executed payment bond to guarantee payment to laborers and suppliers for the labor and material used in the work performed under the contract. Failure to submit a labor and material bond with the performance bond shall be cause for declaring the contract null and void.
