RFP - Construction Management Services for the Bay Park Sewage Treatment Plant Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System Improvements

The Nassau County Department of Public Works has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional services in connection with the following: Construction Management Services for the Bay Park STP SCADA System Improvements The Nassau County Department of Public Works is requesting proposals from Firms to provide Asbestos/Lead Design and Monitoring Services at Various County Facilities to the Departments Engineering and Construction Management Unit. Proposals should only be submitted after careful examination of the complete RFP and its requirements. The selected firm will be required to provide proof of general and professional liability insurance in the minimum amounts of 2,000,000 and 1,000.000 per occurrence, respectively. The successful Proposer will be required to comply with the requirements of Local Law No. 14-2002, "Participation by Minority Group Members and Women in Nassau County Contracts" and Local Law 2-2016, "Participation of Service-Disabled Veterans in County Contracts." All Proposers should review the provisions of Appendix EE (included as an attachment to the RFP) which outlines the requirements of Local Law 14-2002 and Title 82 of the Miscellaneous Laws of Nassau County which contains the requirements of Local Law 2-2016. Technical proposals shall include information regarding the Proposer's plan to comply with Local Law No. 14-2002 and Local Law 2-2016. Vendors doing business with Nassau County, including those responding to this solicitation, must register with the County. In addition, any vendor submitting an offer for this solicitation should submit the required vendor disclosures in the Vendor Portal as well.
