| Description | Project consists of the removal and replacement of all seating, aisle lighting and flooring in Building 9, the school Auditorium. New carpet will be installed at the current carpeted locations. The existing painted floor area will receive new heavy duty quartz flooring as the base bid. An alternative pricing is requested for a painted epoxy finish at this location. Aisle lighting will be removed and replaced with LED accent lighting. All auditorium seating shall be removed and replaced per this contract. Work also includes touch up painting and replacing floor base. | ||||
