Description | 1. Remove existing metal panels and adjacent flashings to expose subframing. The existing coping system at the top band shall remain in place. 2. At the existing radius band at the library front entrance, the “LIBRARY” signage shall be taken down and preserved for re-installation. 3. Install ½” deep subgirts, horizontally at the framing members. 4. Install the sill flashing formed of 22 ga.steel finished in “Colonial Red” per the architectural drawings 5. Install all necessary flashings per provided shop drawings and details. 6. At mural area on the North side of the Police entrance, furring strips of various depths are to be used to provide a continuous, level surface over the EIFS to mount the RMerWall Panels per the provided details. 7. At the existing coping/gravel stop, a slip flashing system is to be used to extend up underneath the fascia of the coping/gravel stop and over the face of the new RMerWall Panels. |
