There are 9 buildings for a total of 160 units on 8.4 acres. For unit interior improvements we would like to fully replace kitchens and bathrooms, all new interior doors, paint, and flooring. For building exteriors, we would like new windows, roof, siding, and new walk-up stairs and landings. For site improvements, we would like to improve water lines, site drainage, trash/recycle areas, update landscaping (includes irrigation), update maintenance garage, and add community amenity spaces throughout the site.
