Scope Of Work consist of Parking Area Expansion at Four (4) locations in GA189001, Mail Station Replacement and Upgrade at Ten (10) locations in GA189001, GA189002, GA189003 & GA189004, and Exterior Frame and Door Replacement at Sixteen (16) Apartments in GA189003. In Development GA189003 Three (3) Apartments are planned to receive Selective Interior Improvements consisting of VCT/Asbestos Floor Tile abatement, VCT Flooring, Walls and Ceiling Sheetrock Overlay, Interior Millwork, Interior Frame and Door Replacement, Interior Painting and Finishes, Cabinetry Replacement, Bathroom Upgrades, Plumbing Fixture UpGrades, HVAC Grille Replacement, Electrical Devices and Plates Replacement, and Light Fixture Replacement. |
